Scot Lloyd
A Founding Partner of Marquesa Capital Partners. Prior to Marquesa, Mr. Lloyd was co-founder and COO of TowerCo, a company that grew from its inception in 2004 to become one of the largest privately held tower companies in the US. The company’s investments were ultimately divested in four (4) separate tranches, the largest of which was a $1.45 billion portfolio sale to SBA Communications Corp in 2012. Prior to the formation of TowerCo, Mr. Lloyd was Executive Vice President of sales & marketing at Global Signal, responsible for sales and leasing of the company’s +6,000 tower locations. Prior to that, he served as Vice President collocation sales at Spectrasite Communications, which grew from 125 towers to +8,000 during his tenure. Mr. Lloyd started his career running a site acquisition firm that leased and zoned tower locations for multiple wireless carriers throughout the southeastern United States.
