Peter Olesiewicz
Peter Olesiewicz is a Founding Partner of Marquesa Capital Partners. Prior to Marquesa, Mr. Olesiewicz worked for Pensam Capital, an alternative investment firm focused on commercial and residential real estate ventures throughout the United States, where he co-headed the lending and structured finance team. In his time leading this group, Mr. Olesiewicz successfully structured over $250 million of debt investments, mainly in the mezzanine and subordinate debt space. Prior to joining the lending group, Mr. Olesiewicz played a role in the decision making, management and/or execution of many of the investments the company made in +30,000 multifamily units across +100 properties around the country, especially as it related to portfolio management and capital transaction decisions. During the time Mr. Olesiewicz spent at Pensam, the company became a Freddie Mac Select Sponsor, acquired the largest multifamily asset in the state of Colorado, launched a development arm, and acquired Freddie Mac B-Pieces, among numerous other accomplishments.
